Before You Decide
The questions people actually ask me.
I am not a speaker. Is this still for me?
Most members are not speakers. They are leaders, founders, scientists, clinicians and consultants who have to be believed in ordinary rooms. A board update, a hiring pitch, a difficult conversation and a keynote all run on the same mechanics. The stage just makes them easier to see.
What actually happens in the monthly session?
Live teaching, demonstrations and questions. Some months a guest expert. Occasionally a hot seat, chosen because the whole room will learn from it. Come with the real thing in mind: the pitch on Thursday, the panel you always shrink in, the introduction you rush. You leave knowing what to practice and why. It is recorded, so a calendar conflict never costs you the month.
Is this coaching?
No, and I want to be precise about that. This is a studio: a curriculum, and a live room with me in it every month, teaching the method and answering the real questions. It is not private one to one coaching, it is not group coaching, and it is not therapy. If you want individual diagnosis or one to one work, that is my private coaching, and members get member pricing on it.
How much time does this take?
Ninety minutes a month for the live session, and as much or as little of the Vault as you want. The members who change fastest are not the ones who watch the most. They are the ones who try one thing in one real room every week and come back to report.
Can charisma really be taught, or are you born with it?
Both, and that is the whole point. You were born with it. Almost nobody is trained in it. What people call natural charisma is usually someone who got early practice and never had to name what they were doing. The Code names it, so it stops being luck and becomes a skill you can rehearse.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in two clicks, no conversation required. One thing to know before you join: the Vault is a studio, not a download library. Nothing sits on your hard drive, so when you leave, the curriculum and every recorded session stay behind. That is deliberate. This is a room you keep walking into, not a course you finish and shelve. And the founding rate is the one thing that never comes back, because it closes for everyone on September 30.
