Keynotes and Corporate Training
Give your audience a keynote they remember
A method they use
I spent thirty years mastering what captivates an audience and what makes it reach for a phone. Theater, film, live television, global stages.
When people started asking me to teach them how I did it, I reverse engineered thirty years of stagecraft and turned instinct into a framework people can learn, practice and use. That is what I bring to your stage.
I take a limited number of speaking dates each year. If you have a date, send it even if the rest is still taking shape.

Experience it before your audience does
I teach people how to captivate audiences. Before you hand me yours, watch me.
You are not booking a talk. You are booking an experience.
Information is everywhere. People do not buy information anymore. They buy experience. Something they can feel, recognize in themselves and still be talking about long after they leave.
Thirty years of stagecraft, decoded
Three decades of winning attention and holding it. Taken apart and made teachable.
A method, not a mood
The Celebrity Charisma Code gives people something they can understand, practice and use long after I leave.
An experience, not a lecture
Your audience feels the work rather than sitting politely through it. They see themselves in it, which is the part that stays.
Something they can use right away
People walk out with tools they can put to work the same week, in the next meeting, the next pitch, the next conversation that matters.
Why Demet
A room that participates
I use questions, demonstrations, stories and the audience itself. People lean in, speak up and get on their feet.
Language that travels
Your people repeat the ideas the next morning, in the meeting, in the car and back at work.
Tailored, like couture
We meet first. I learn your organization, your people and what the event is really for, then I tailor the talk to that.

01Lead with Charisma
Expertise gets you into the room. Charisma decides what happens once you are there.
Leadership summits · Annual conferences · Executive development
- What this keynote is really about
- The power of charismatic leadership, and what it does to the people around it. Everyone has the same information now, so information stopped being what separates leaders. The room follows whoever can move its energy. This is the signature talk: what your presence says before you open your mouth, how the five banks and the master key work under real pressure, and what changes for your teams, your company and your clients once a leader has it.
- What your audience will explore
- Executive presence and what people read in the first three seconds
- Influence that does not depend on volume or seniority
- The five banks and the master key, applied to their own material
- What can be customized
- The examples, the industry language, the seniority level, and which of the five banks gets the most stage time.
- Length and format
- 30 to 60 minutes. Keynote only, or keynote plus a workshop where people get on their feet and practice it.
02Stage Mastery: From Davos to the Boardroom
What changes when a brilliant person stops merely delivering information and learns how to read the room, create meaningful connection, and move people into action?
Executive audiences · Board presentations · Investor days · Leadership events
- What this keynote is really about
- The practical one. How to own the first three seconds. What your voice and your body are doing while you think you are only talking. How to read a room while standing in front of it and adjust in real time. What to do when someone asks the question designed to wreck you. And how to keep your own energy alive across five minutes or fifty.
- What your audience will explore
- Opening architecture and how the first moments set everything after them
- Voice, body and the pause as instruments rather than habits
- Handling hostile or derailing questions
- Energy management across a long or high stakes appearance
- What can be customized
- Built around the appearances your leaders are actually walking into: the board meeting, the investor day, the town hall, the conference stage.
- Length and format
- 30 to 60 minutes. Keynote, or keynote plus an executive intensive where leaders work their own material on camera.
03The Power of Charisma in Storytelling
Your data proves the point. Story is what makes another human being care about it.
Deep tech · Innovation · Research · Investor and client audiences
- What this keynote is really about
- For people whose work is technical and whose future depends on somebody non technical understanding it. The first thirty seconds and how the bond gets built there. The shape that turns a data set into something people feel. Tone, rhythm and the pause, the most underused instrument any speaker owns. This is the work behind the NATO DIANA technical storytelling and charismatic delivery program.
- What your audience will explore
- Technical storytelling that survives contact with a non technical audience
- Narrative structure for pitches, demos and results
- Delivery choices that make complex work memorable rather than merely correct
- What can be customized
- Built on your own material. Send the deck, the pitch or the research and the examples come from inside your organization.
- Length and format
- 30 to 60 minutes. Keynote, or keynote plus a workshop where teams rebuild and deliver a real pitch.
04A New Identity, Not a New Continent
What happens when the identity that made you successful is no longer the identity that will take you where you are going?
Women's leadership · Reinvention · Career transition · Leadership conferences
- What this keynote is really about
- I left a career as a recognized name in Türkiye and landed in Portland where nobody knew me and nobody had seen a single thing I had made. I did not change continents. I changed identities. This talk turns that into momentum: trading outside approval for something steadier, and turning visibility into influence that actually does something.
- What your audience will explore
- Reinvention when the old version of success stops fitting
- Visibility and the courage it actually costs
- Presence as the thing that carries you where you have no history
- What can be customized
- Pitched to the moment your audience is in: early career, mid career transition, returning leaders, or a workforce going through change.
- Length and format
- 30 to 60 minutes. Keynote, or keynote plus a workshop on visibility and personal narrative.
05Selling a Feeling, Not a Ticket
People compare your offer on facts. They decide whom they trust through something far more human.
Sales kickoffs · Client teams · Account leadership · Partner events
- What this keynote is really about
- First impressions engineered instead of hoped for. Listening charisma, which is half of presence and almost nobody trains it. Selling through story instead of a feature list. And how all of it survives a video call, an email and a LinkedIn message, because that is where most selling happens now.
- What your audience will explore
- The trust code delivered in three seconds through voice, body and energy
- Listening charisma and what it does to a client conversation
- Presence that holds up on camera and in writing
- Recovering the energy that goes missing by the sixth meeting of the day
- What can be customized
- Built around your sales cycle, your buyer and the moments where your team is losing people.
- Length and format
- 30 to 60 minutes. Keynote, or keynote plus a workshop using live client scenarios.
06The Outsider's Eye
The person who does not quite belong is often the one who can see what everyone else has stopped noticing.
Global teams · Cross cultural leadership · Belonging · Organizational change
- What this keynote is really about
- Being an outsider is a capability. You see what the insiders stopped noticing years ago. You build bridges instead of picking a side. You learn that saying I do not know is a strength. And you can build a culture where every person steps forward, which most global teams talk about and few of them get.
- What your audience will explore
- The outsider advantage and how to use it
- Presence across cultures, where the same behavior reads differently
- Building teams where people who do not sound like the majority still speak
- What can be customized
- Shaped around the specific cultures, regions and tensions inside your organization.
- Length and format
- 30 to 60 minutes. Keynote, or keynote plus a facilitated session for global or distributed teams.
Your people will not leave the way they came in.
It starts with awareness. Charisma is not something they have to go out and acquire. They already have it. What changes in that hour is that they finally understand how to activate it. And by the time I am done, something has moved.
- The way they see themselves.
- The way they walk into a room.
- The way they tell their story.
- The permission they give themselves to be seen.
Everyone leaves with at least three things they can use right away.
Ways to work together

Founders worked on how they communicated complex technology, built connection and delivered their pitches with greater clarity and presence.
Participants later credited the work with changing how they pitched as they pursued investment, partnerships and opportunities.

Do not take my word for it
Hear it from the people who were there.
Hands down one of the best communication trainings I have ever participated in my entire career. The impact you are having on my team is amazing, humongous, out of this world.
Your session went beyond inspiration. It redefined how innovators craft their narratives, communicate with impact and build their charisma.
Demet's coaching illuminated unseen blind spots, transforming an engineer's presentation from technical confidence to genuine audience engagement and connection.
More voices
It is always such a pleasure to work with you and to experience the transformation you bring.
Demet is an amazing keynote speaker who had the audience in the palm of her hand.
I often attend events discussing familiar topics. This was the first time hearing about charisma specifically. I loved it.
Straight from the audience
Collected live in the hall through Talkadot, in their own words.
This session was a real eye opener. I realized how much impact we create in the first 7 seconds, not just by what we say, but how. Practical tools on voice, body language and presence made me rethink my communication style. Truly transformative and inspiring.
An absolute gem and a wonderful treat to listen to. She is so much fun to listen to and provides so much great content that is useful for anyone, even in such a short amount of time. She makes the conversations interactive and intriguing by using her multi talent personality. Strongly recommend her.
Very interactive and personable session. Demet is passionate to share knowledge, and her talk has a practice folded in so the theory of her framework sticks and connects.

How long is a keynote?
Thirty to sixty minutes. I would rather have forty five with real questions than sixty without. Longer than that and it becomes a workshop, and a workshop changes more than a keynote ever will.
Is every keynote customized?
Yes. I brief with two or three of your people before the date. The framework stays. The examples, the language and the questions your people are actually carrying all become yours.
Can a keynote include a workshop?
It is my strongest recommendation. The keynote opens the idea and the workshop puts it into people's bodies, voices and real work. That is where inspiration turns into behavior.
Will this work for technical audiences and engineers?
Engineers are where I do my best work. The gap between what they know and what an audience receives is the widest gap I get to close. The Power of Charisma in Storytelling exists for exactly that audience.
Do you speak virtually?
Yes, and I treat it as its own craft instead of a keynote pointed at a webcam. Thirty years of live television means I know what a camera takes away from you and how to get it back.
Do you speak Turkish?
Yes. Keynotes, workshops and moderation, native level, in English or Turkish.
What does it cost?
It depends on format, travel, audience size and whether you want an hour or a day. The inquiry form has budget bands. Choose the one you are working with and I will come back to you quickly on whether your date works, before either of us spends time on a call.
How are international bookings handled?
North America comes direct. The United Kingdom, Europe and MENA are handled by Speaker Agency in London. Choose your region in the form and it routes itself.
Bring this to your stage.
Nine questions, about two minutes. It starts there.
